At We Be Shabbatin’, every resource is created with prayer, purpose, and intention to bless your walk with God. Because we offer both digital and physical products, our refund policies vary slightly depending on the item.

📄 Digital Products (Downloads, Guides, eBooks, Printables)

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

If you experience any technical issues with your download or mistakenly purchased the same item twice, please reach out—we’re happy to help resolve it!

🕯️ Physical Products (Candles, Scroll Cards, etc.)

We gladly offer replacements for damaged or defective items.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.

At this time, we do not accept returns or refunds for preference-based reasons (e.g., dislike of scent, style, etc.), as each item is made or packaged with care and intention.
