We Be
Shabbatin'
We Be Shabbatin’ was born out of a longing for more—a deeper walk, a clearer rhythm, a life set apart.
We live in a world that glorifies busyness, rewards burnout, and celebrates chaos. But our Creator built something better: rest. A rhythm of appointed times, a calendar shaped not by culture but by covenant. This blog is a witness to the life-altering fruit that comes when we stop striving and step into the holy (set-apart) space of Shabbat.
Here, we talk about the Sabbath, the Feast Days, the appointed times (mo’edim)—not out of legalism or religion, but because we’ve tasted the blessing that comes with alignment. This is about peace, not performance. It’s about walking in God’s timing, not just our own.
Every week, we pause—not as a duty, but as a delight.
And we’re inviting you into the rhythm with us.

A House that Rests

About Us
Hi, I’m Beth—and while you’ll see my words on the screen, you’ll feel both of our hearts in everything shared here.
Daniel and I live this life as one. Everything we walk through, every revelation, every yes—we walk it together.
We’re a husband-and-wife team who said yes to Shabbat, not out of tradition, but out of hunger. Hunger for peace. Hunger for alignment. Hunger for the rhythm of heaven.
We grew up in the church world, surrounded by good teaching and loving community, but still felt the ache for more. Not more activity, but more presence. And that’s exactly what Shabbat began to restore.
Here at We Be Shabbatin’, we share our journey not as experts, but as fellow travelers. We’re discovering week by week what it means to live a set-apart life in a world that’s constantly pulling at your time, your attention, and your soul.
Our prayer is that this space becomes a quiet doorway for you—an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to say yes to the rhythm you were created for.
We be Shabbatin’.
Together. Always.
